To that end, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College. In 1953, he received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. Publishing His Knowledge and Joining Organizations
Perry is so dedicated to sharing his knowledge and remaining current in his field that he created a publication called Decisions – A Yearly Compendium of New York Decisional Law. When it first launched, he served as the publication’s editor. He also served as the editor of Bill of Particulars, which is a monthly magazine that focuses on personal injury law.
